Aditi Thorat is the Director of Development at the International Budget Partnership and brings

over two decades of leadership in international development, human rights, and climate

justice. She has built high-impact partnerships and raised significant resources at

Global Witness, Thomson Reuters Foundation, and Global Commons Alliance, and

advised initiatives such as the Global Battery Alliance. She has also held senior roles at

Common Purpose, Leaders’ Quest, and EdelGive Foundation, and served as a policy

advisor in the Indian government. A graduate of Oxford and Non-Executive Director at

the Good Law Project, Aditi brings strategic vision, networks, and a deep commitment to

child rights and climate justice. We are excited to learn from her as we scale bold, girl-

led safety initiatives.
